Plumpton College's One Garden Brighton is seeking a Marketing & Events Coordinator to lead campaigns and events that attract thousands of visitors each year. You will design, promote, and deliver campaigns in print and digital formats while coordinating on-site events with our hospitality team.

You will own the One Garden Brighton brand online, manage social media and CMS content, build media relationships, track ROI, and collaborate with internal teams to promote educational programmes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing marketing campaigns across print and digital.
• Experience coordinating on-site events with hospitality teams.
• Strong social media, CMS, and content creation skills.
• Creative flair with brand understanding and fresh online presence.
• Excellent communication and organisation; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Desirable background in hospitality or tourism.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan and deliver marketing campaigns for print and digital channels.
• Coordinate and manage on-site events from concept to execution with hospitality team.
• Own social media and website content to keep One Garden Brighton fresh and engaging.
