Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, event coordination, or social media management.
• Hands-on LinkedIn accounts management and analytics experience.
• CMS knowledge for basic website edits (WordPress, Squarespace, HubSpot).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with proofreading and copy editing skills.
• Strong project management and ability to manage event logistics under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and basic design software like Canva.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Coordination: plan, organize, and execute company events.
• Logistics Management: venue sourcing, vendor negotiations, budgeting, catering, on-site production.
• Event Promotion: campaigns via email, social media, and landing pages to drive registrations.
• Strategy & Growth: develop a social media calendar across platforms.
• Content Creation: write copy, design simple graphics, curate multimedia content.
• Website Maintenance: update copy, blog posts, landing pages, banners.
• SEO Optimization: basic on-page SEO.
• Analytics Tracking: monitor traffic and engagement using Google Analytics.
