As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dedicated Marketing & Events Coordinator to support our efforts, particularly in event management and creative communication. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping DDC’s brand, driving our marketing strategy, and helping us to continue delivering excellence across the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Event Management:
  2. Plan and coordinate DDC events, including exhibitions, product launches, and corporate gatherings.
  3. Handle logistics, supplier relationships, and on-site event management to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  4. Set up events throughout the year, ensuring all equipment and materials are in place.
  5. Manage event budgets and post-event reporting.
  6. Marketing Support:
  7. Work alongside the Marketing Manager & wider team to implement campaigns aligned with DDC’s objectives.
  8. Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, emails, and presentations.
  9. Analyse and report on the performance of marketing initiatives.
  10. Graphic Design:
  11. Create visually appealing designs using tools like Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  12. Ensure all materials adhere to DDC’s brand guidelines and maintain consistency.
  13. Communication:
  14. Act as a central point of contact for marketing-related queries, both internally and externally.
  15. Draft and proofread engaging content for blogs, social media posts, and email campaigns.
  16. Maintain strong communication channels with partners, clients, and internal teams.
  17. Administrative Support:
  18. Organise and manage the marketing team’s schedules, documentation, and project tracking using Trello.
  19. Keep the marketing database up to date with relevant information and insights.
  20. What You Bring to DDC:
  21. Experience in marketing, event management, or a related role.
  22. Basic graphic design skills with familiarity in tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  23. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  24. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
  25. A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a keen eye for detail.
  26. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is advantageous but not essential.
  27. A full driving licence is required to support event setup and travel.
