What You'll Be Doing

1. Creating, adapting, and activating engaging content across social media, websites, email campaigns, and printed materials.
2. Bringing centrally developed marketing campaigns to life for the UK market.
3. Supporting agricultural shows, dealer events, and customer experiences that leave lasting impressions.
4. Coordinating the creation, production, and distribution of on-brand marketing materials.
5. Working with the press to maintain a strong, consistent voice.
6. Managing and maximising a local marketing budget to ensure strategic impact.
7. Ensuring all materials align with corporate identity guidelines.

Who You Are

• A creative, organised self-starter with a talent for both digital and traditional marketing.
• Confident in using Adobe Creative Suite, MailChimp, Microsoft Office, and various website CMS platforms.
• Experienced in event planning; you know what it takes to pull off a successful show or open day.
• A strong communicator who loves collaborating but also thrives independently.
• Detail-driven with a proactive attitude.
• Comfortable with some travel within the UK.

Your Background

• A relevant degree or equivalent experience in marketing or communications.
• Strong marketing background.
• Full driving license and valid passport for travel purposes.
