- Define collaboratively with local teams and implement strategic marketing plans and programs to achieve the company's goals, increase brand awareness, and drive sales.

- Experience working with different internal stakeholders, eg who needs to be aware of what, how is data shared, putting pivot tables or graphs over data so stakeholders can easily see at a glance the breakdown of registrations, who needs to be kept up to speed on the day to day information and who needs a weekly summary
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, provide regular reports on ROI, KPIs, and trends to inform decision-making, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Develop and manage the allocated marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation for a positive return on investment.
- Foster collaboration with local teams to ensure social media engagement aligns with marketing initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies to refine marketing strategies accordingly.

Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Marketing Event Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Field Marketing background
- UK insurance industry experience would be a plus
- Knowledge of marketing software and tools (e.g., Marketo, Pathfactory, DemandBase, Thoughtspot, Google Workspace, Salesforce).
