Role Overview

As a Marketing & Engagement Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting campaign delivery and customer experience initiatives, including:

• Representing nationally recognised brands through direct and event-based marketing
• Assisting with day-to-day campaign operations and office coordination
• Managing logistics and supporting promotional activities
• Conducting customer insights research and analysing campaign data
• Building lasting client relationships and improving brand engagement
• Participating in structured coaching in communication, sales strategy, and leadership

This role sets a strong foundation for advancement into brand management, client relations, or team leadership.
