Sisters & Seekers, a leading womenswear brand near Chester, seeks a Marketing Director to lead paid, digital marketing, CRM, social media, influencer marketing and brand marketing.

This general management role oversees specialists and agencies, building structure, discipline and a clear path for a fast-moving marketing operation. You will collaborate across departments to plan and deliver campaigns on time for maximum impact.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a multidisciplinary marketing team in a fast-moving retail, fashion or DTC environment.
• Proven ability to plan and manage a marketing critical path and campaign calendar.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing critical path, ensuring campaigns are planned, resourced and delivered to deadline.
• Build and maintain the marketing calendar with department leads to reveal what is coming up and when.
• Set and enforce processes across the marketing team to ensure plans are followed.
• Lead planning and review meetings, track progress and resolve blockers.
• Be the main point of accountability for marketing delivery to founders and leadership.
