Location: Manchester based (min 3 days a week in Manchester)

About the Role

Here at Loop we are on the lookout for an experienced Marketing Director (Beauty, Cosmetics) to lead the marketing efforts of a super exciting, purpose-led consumer brand that is going through an exceptional period of growth.

This role is pivotal in expanding global reach, building new channels, and elevating the brand in ways that will define their future. This is not a maintenance role—you will be at the heart of our growth, shaping how the world experiences the brand.

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across the UK, US, EU, and other regions.
• Lead and manage localised marketing teams to ensure impactful and cohesive brand messaging.
• Leverage your experience in high-growth environments to accelerate our brand presence.
• Focus on creating a brand that tells a compelling story and serves a significant purpose.

What We’re Looking For

• A leader who has delivered a multi-market marketing strategy and execution, ideally across UK, US, and EU.
• Proven experience in a growth or digital performance role within a fast-growing beauty, lifestyle or consumer brand.
• Deep understanding of DTC and omni-channel growth strategies — from launch through to scale.
• A brand-led mindset with a focus on storytelling and purpose-driven marketing.
