The Role

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced marketing leader to join the global team and shape the future of consumer engagement within a premium, high-growth environment. Reporting into the Global VP of Digital & Consumer Marketing, the role will oversee a team of eight and be responsible for building and delivering world-class, 360° consumer marketing activations across all touchpoints.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns that captivate audiences and drive performance. While omnichannel in scope, the role has a strong digital focus, requiring close collaboration with content, brand, creative, and retail teams both globally and at market level.

They will lead the global paid media and CRM strategies, manage the omni-activity planning process, and own the consumer marketing calendar, ensuring cohesion across all brand and commercial initiatives.

Budget ownership, campaign innovation, and the continuous search for new ways to deepen consumer relationships will sit at the heart of this role. There will be a strong focus on unlocking new engagement opportunities, creating memorable brand moments, and fostering long-term loyalty. The Person

The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in leading digital-first, cross-channel marketing strategies, with experience managing both people and process at a global level. They will demonstrate a deep understanding of consumer behaviour and be passionate about creating exceptional brand experiences that blend creativity with commercial impact.

Strategically minded and intellectually curious, they will be someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and relishes the opportunity to build, innovate, and lead. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as this role involves aligning multiple stakeholders, shaping new ways of working, and inspiring a high-performing team.

  • A background in direct-to-consumer, CRM and paid media is highly desirable, as is a passion for data-led decision making. Most importantly, they will bring energy, creativity, and a consumer-obsessed mindset — ready to challenge convention and help define what best-in-class marketing looks like in the luxury wellness space.
