Job summary

• Experience in marketing, commercial excellence, capability development or related commercial function.
• Proven ability to design and deliver capability or transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across matrix organisations.
• Ability to translate business priorities into practical, scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and project management skills.
• Passion for enabling people and organisations to perform at their best.

Responsibilities

• Shape Commercial Capability Strategy with senior leaders and translate priorities into focused plans.
• Design programmes to strengthen marketing capability, omnichannel engagement and data-driven decision making.
• Embed capability development into launch planning and readiness activities.
• Develop learning pathways to support adoption of new technologies like Salesforce.
• Create onboarding experiences that accelerate new commercial employees' contribution.
• Collaborate across Commercial Operations to deliver integrated, measurable solutions.
• Use insights to evaluate impact and drive continuous improvement.
