Job summary

Gi Group United Kingdom is recruiting a Marketing Coordinator for maternity cover on a 12-month FTC in London, hybrid working. You will support the launch and ongoing optimisation of a digital education platform for healthcare professionals.

Candidates should have healthcare/pharma marketing experience, strong CRM skills, and experience with digital platforms for end-to-end content delivery. The role includes supplier and budget handling, event support, and MLR-driven Veeva approvals.

Qualifications

• Healthcare/pharma/medical device/aesthetics marketing experience.
• Strong CRM experience.
• Experience with digital platforms/portals and end-to-end content delivery.

Responsibilities

• Raise POs for agencies, venues and suppliers in line with procurement/policy.
• Create and issue partner work orders with scope, deliverables, timelines and costs.
• Chase invoices, match to POs, and resolve queries with finance/suppliers.
• Track committed vs. actual spend per project; keep budget tracker updated.
• Submit promotional/educational materials in Veeva for MLR review and track approvals.
• Build and schedule CRM e-shots using approved content and audience lists.
