Culina Group is seeking a commercially minded Marketing & Communications Business Partner to bridge our central Marketing function with operational divisions and drive the One Culina strategy through insight-led activity.

The role focuses on developing campaigns across digital, social, PR and internal channels, building stakeholder relationships and delivering measurable results for business growth in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing, communications or PR.
• Strong campaign planning and project management skills.
• Excellent copywriting, content creation and storytelling abilities.
• Experience delivering multi-channel marketing and communications campaigns.
• Strong stakeholder management with influence at all levels.
• Good understanding of digital marketing including social, email, SEO, PPC and CRM.
• Experience managing agencies, suppliers and external partners.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting events, exhibitions and corporate hospitality is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering marketing and communications plans that support growth, lead generation and brand awareness.
• Leading integrated campaigns across digital, social media, PR, email, events and internal channels.
• Building relationships with stakeholders and providing expert advice.
• Creating content including articles, social posts, sales collateral and leadership communications.
• Identifying PR, media and thought leadership opportunities to enhance market presence.
• Managing campaigns from concept through evaluation with data-driven measurement.
• Supporting events, exhibitions and industry networking opportunities.
• Working with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality activity.
