We're looking for a dynamic Marketing & Communications Executive to help power Reebok's voice across Europe. This role is ideal for someone who understands what moves today's consumer, from youth culture and music to fashion and fitness, and is passionate about turning that insight into compelling brand moments.
You'll support the execution of integrated campaigns, build relationships with tastemakers and creators, and help shape our storytelling across digital, physical, and social platforms. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for a sharp communicator with a finger on the cultural pulse and a passion for creativity.
Main Responsibilities Will Include:
Campaign Execution: Support the delivery of brand campaigns, seasonal moments, and activations across digital and physical touchpoints
Talent & Influencer Support: Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to manage seeding programs and influencer engagement
Brand Storytelling: Help bring local and cultural stories to life across Reebok's channels in partnership with the content and social teams
Community Insight: Identify emerging trends, creative voices, and cultural shifts, feeding fresh insights back into the brand team
Event & Activation Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of grassroots events, pop-ups, and product experiences in key cities
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across marketing, retail, PR, and creative to ensure cohesive communication and brand alignment
Reporting & Feedback: Track campaign performance and provide feedback to continuously improve outreach and engagement efforts
Person Specifications:- Previous experience in marketing, communications, or influencer engagement, preferably in sportswear, fashion, or youth culture-driven industries
- A strong understanding of youth, lifestyle, and street culture across key European cities
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns, PR efforts, or seeding and creator programs
- Fluency in social media and a sharp eye for what makes content resonate in cultural communities
- A collaborative mindset and comfort working across teams, including social, retail, PR, and brand
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build authentic relationships with creators and partners
- Curiosity, initiative, and a proactive approach to staying ahead of trends
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with calm and clarity
