Job summary

McLaren Racing in Woking is seeking a Programme Lead for Marketing & Commercial Change & Transformation on a 12-month FTC. You will drive operating model change across people, process, technology and AI, delivering measurable business outcomes and ensuring adoption across leadership and teams.

You will collaborate with MarCom Technology, PMO, People Team and Internal Communications to coordinate activity, lead change management and establish sustained value delivery.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading organisational transformation programmes.
• Experience delivering operating model change across people, process and technology.
• Ability to measure transformation outcomes and value realization.

Responsibilities

• Lead MarCom Change & Transformation delivery and governance.
• Coordinate multiple transformation workstreams and manage risks/dependencies.
