Sue Ross Recruitment Ltd in Sheffield is seeking an experienced Marketing Co-ordinator for a hands-on, content-driven role within a manufacturing/industrial environment.

You will own content creation and digital marketing from day one, work in a small team reporting to the Marketing Director, and help increase brand awareness across channels.

• Experience filming and editing video content for digital platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Creating engaging content for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube.
• Filming, editing and publishing video content.
• Developing and implementing social media campaigns to drive engagement and brand visibility.
• Producing marketing materials including brochures, product literature and promotional assets.
• Working with sales teams to fulfil marketing collateral requests.
• Monitoring campaign performance and making recommendations for improvement.
• Assisting with influencer and partnership marketing activities.
• Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing communications.

Sue Ross Recruitment are delighted to be working with a highly successful and expanding Sheffield-based business, operating within the construction and industrial products sector, to recruit an experienced Marketing Co-ordinator.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, hands‑on marketing professional who can confidently take ownership of content creation and digital marketing activity from day one. Working within a small marketing team and reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you will play a key role in increasing brand awareness and engagement across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating engaging content for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube
• Filming, editing and publishing video content
• Developing and implementing social media campaigns to drive engagement and brand visibility
• Producing marketing materials including brochures, product literature and promotional assets
• Working with sales teams to fulfil marketing collateral requests
• Monitoring campaign performance and making recommendations for improvement
• Assisting with influencer and partnership marketing activities
• Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing communications

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

• Proven experience within a marketing role, ideally with responsibility for content creation and social media management
• Strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience of filming and editing video content for digital platforms
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A proactive, hands‑on approach with the confidence to hit the ground running
• Experience within a product‑led, manufacturing, industrial or construction‑related environment would be advantageous but is not essential

What's on Offer:

• Salary up to £35,000
• Full‑time permanent position
• Office‑based role in Sheffield
• Working hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am to 4:00pm Friday
