Marketing Cloud Personalization Architect (Salesforce) - 1-2 days Nottingham (or less) - £545 - umbrella - 6 months

Role

The Marketing Cloud Personalization Architect is responsible for designing and implementing Real Time personalization strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (formerly Interaction Studio). This role combines solution architecture expertise with advanced Front End development skills to deliver dynamic, personalized experiences across web, mobile, and email channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement personalization solutions leveraging Marketing Cloud Personalization and Interaction Studio.
• Define data models, identity stitching, and segmentation strategies for Real Time personalization.
• Integrate MCP with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, Data Cloud, and external systems via APIs.
• Develop and optimize personalized web components using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
• Implement Web SDKs, dynamic content rendering, and behavioral tracking for personalization campaigns.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless, visually appealing experiences across devices.
• Design and manage data flows between MCP, CRM, and data warehouses.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and data privacy standards.
• Provide guidance on best practices for personalization architecture, governance, and performance optimization.
• Mentor development teams on Front End coding standards and personalization frameworks.
