Senior Communications Manager – Brand New Team Lead Role in Boutique Law Firm

This boutique law firm, known for its profitability and ambitious growth plans, offers a friendly and supportive culture with a good work/life balance.

In this newly created Senior Communications Manager role, you will lead all aspects of PR, external communications, social media, and internal communications. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Developing the firm’s communications strategy with the Marketing Director and Managing Partner;
2. Managing media relations and building relationships with legal, industry, and national press, as well as overseeing a PR agency;
3. Creating a content strategy, with a strong emphasis on writing and content creation;
4. Handling external communications such as client updates, award submissions, and brand awareness campaigns;
5. Developing and implementing internal communications strategies, content, and channels;
6. Managing crisis communications;
7. Monitoring and measuring communication effectiveness;
8. Managing a Communications Executive.

Ideal candidates will have significant experience in a major law firm, strong press contacts, and enjoy content creation. A background in journalism transitioning into law is highly welcome.
