The Client Marketing Campaign Manager/Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving client retention and growth within the EMEA and APAC regions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of marketing principles and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. You will develop campaigns aligned with account and regional objectives, support an ABM model for key accounts, participate in regional client events, and utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns.

What you’ll be doing...

  1. Collaborate with EMEA and APAC account management teams to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
  2. Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, using insights to improve outcomes.
  3. Create innovative marketing campaigns to increase client retention and revenue.
  4. Support regional accounts to generate new business and expand existing relationships.
  5. Assist in organizing the annual IDeaS Client Summit, Converge, including campaign development, communication, and post-event follow-up.
  6. Plan and execute client events, monitor performance, and measure ROI.
  7. Coordinate with teams to ensure campaign alignment with marketing strategy.
  8. Manage day-to-day campaign activities, combining strategic planning with hands-on implementation.
  9. Gather feedback from global stakeholders to improve campaign effectiveness.
  10. Develop marketing materials such as email campaigns and presentations in collaboration with internal teams.

What you’ll bring to us…

  • 4+ years of marketing experience in a B2B SaaS/software environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent English communication, editing, writing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively; strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce, marketing automation, and email tools like Pardot; familiarity with Reachdesk, Qualified, and Salesloft is a plus.
  • Fluency in French (written and verbal) is highly desirable but not essential.
