  • Provide clients with timely updates, photographs and daily or weekly reports.

  • Gather accurate campaign results and feedback from staff, customers and venues.

  • Record staff performance and share relevant feedback with the staffing team.

  • Keep internal teams updated on client communications and campaign changes.

  • Remain contactable during agreed busy weekend periods to support your live campaigns.

Post-Campaign Management

  • Coordinate staff debriefs, equipment returns, campaign close-down and the organisation of reusable assets.

  • Produce accurate final reports and confirm that all campaign requirements have been completed.

  • Complete financial reconciliations and review campaign profitability.

  • Evaluate performance and key learnings to improve future campaign delivery.

  • Hold post-campaign discussions with clients and identify further opportunities.

Client and Account Development

  • Build and maintain positive, long-term client relationships.

  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and re-engage lapsed clients.
