We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Marketing Business Partner to support our venues in Scotland & North East England. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will own the marketing plans for your venues, aiming to meet local and national revenue targets aligned with business plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to align local campaigns with the national strategy.
- Develop local marketing plans with General Managers across all customer segments, including High-Value Customers (HVC), to bring venue propositions to life and meet targets.
- Build strong relationships with General Managers as a trusted marketing advisor.
- Support events and hospitality initiatives for HVC customers in line with company policies and in coordination with the HVC Marketing team.
- Coordinate with slots, poker, and sports marketing managers to integrate their expertise into local plans.
- Engage with suppliers and agencies for local resources and materials.
- Standardize venue plans for consistency across locations.
- Conduct ROI analysis on promotions and activities to measure success and replicate effective strategies.
- Ensure local marketing complies with regulations through training and checks.
- Align local activities with the wider brand strategy and standards, including social media and venue channels.
- Coordinate with the national marketing calendar and ensure local implementation.
- Support HVC campaigns and activities, ensuring alignment with HVC strategy.
- Represent the marketing team at venue level, fostering operational team engagement with the brand.
- Develop relationships with marketing agencies and teams, including PR, social media, CRM, and promotions.
- Create engaging retail marketing content.
- Collaborate with Retail Operations, General Managers, and Online/Mobile teams.
- Champion the brand at venues, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and responsible gambling policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in hospitality, leisure, or multi-venue marketing roles.
- Proven success in retail marketing strategy creation and execution.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Experience in innovative branding and delivering results.
- Knowledge of the leisure and gaming sector is advantageous.
- Experience in customer-led environments and ROI analysis.
- Project management skills with budget responsibility.
- Marketing qualification is helpful but not essential.
- Resilience and ability to work under pressure.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the Grosvenor estate, including overnight stays.
Additional Information
The role requires flexibility, with a mix of face-to-face and remote work, and travel to venues.
