Job summary

Anderson Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Marketing and BDM Manager for our client in Quedgeley/Gloucester. This permanent role is 36 hours per week, with two schedule options, and a salary around £30,000 per annum negotiable by experience.

You will own all marketing activities for the flagship brand, including strategy, social media, content, events, and distributor communications. Training on products is provided, with no direct line management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing or sales support experience.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge including social media and content creation.
• Able to work in a small, busy team and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for new products and brands, using performance analytics to monitor and optimise results.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Manage digital marketing activity, including social media, email campaigns, website content, SEO and blog publishing.
• Plan and deliver trade shows, events and open days, providing marketing materials and on-site support to the sales team.
• Support onboarding and ongoing engagement with distributors (dealers), including vetting, onboarding, training coordination, resource management and maintaining the portal.
• Produce and maintain promotional materials including brochures, technical documentation and sales resources, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
• Lead branding and positioning for new product launches and group businesses.
• Create and manage high-quality content, including photography, videography, case studies and product libraries.
• Manage relationships with industry partners and produce advertorial and feature content for trade publications.
