Job summary

Tarrant Howl, an award-winning architectural practice, seeks a Marketing & Practice Executive to support marketing, business development and day-to-day studio operations. You will work closely with the Marketing Director and senior leadership to promote the studio and help secure new opportunities in a creative environment.

This hands-on role blends marketing, BD and practice support, including bid assistance, events, content creation in Photoshop, CRM management and maintaining brand standards

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, business development or practice support in a professional services environment.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive approach with ownership of tasks.
• Comfort working with senior stakeholders and external clients.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing and business development initiatives.
• Assist with bids, presentations, proposals and client materials.
• Coordinate events and client functions.
• Research prospective clients, projects and market opportunities.
• Maintain the practice website and social channels.
• Manage marketing collateral, templates and brand assets.
