Working closely with the Marketing Director and senior leadership team, you'll play an important role in promoting the practice, supporting new business opportunities and helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the studio.

The Role

No two days will be the same. You'll be involved in a broad range of marketing, business development and administrative activities, providing support across the practice while helping to maintain the high standards for which the studio is recognised.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing marketing collateral, presentation templates and brand assets
  • Supporting the implementation and maintenance of the practice CRM system
  • Producing high-quality visual material using Adobe Photoshop
  • Providing project administration support and assisting with document management where required
  • Working closely with senior leadership to help coordinate the day-to-day marketing activities of the practice
About You
  • Previous experience within a marketing, business development or practice support role, ideally within architecture, design, construction or another professional services environment
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive approach with a willingness to take ownership of tasks
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders and external clients
  • Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office
  • Experience using CRM systems would be advantageous
  • Creative, commercially aware and passionate about delivering high-quality work
  • A genuine interest in architecture, design or the built environment would be beneficial
Why This Role?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected architectural practice where marketing and business development are integral to the continued success of the business. You'll enjoy a varied role with exposure to senior leadership, involvement in prestigious projects and the opportunity to make a genuine contribution to the practice's continued growth.
