Purpose of Role:
- The Marketing Automation Specialist plays a key role in enhancing the digital experience for Weir customers. Reporting to the Marketing Automation Manager, you will execute digital marketing efforts globally, aiming to streamline and improve marketing operations and enhance the customer journey.
- Collaborating with global sales and marketing teams, you will create and manage automated email journeys, support landing pages and forms, and maintain the Account Engagement (Salesforce) platform.

Key Responsibilities:
- Building Automated Email Journeys: Create, design, and report on automated email campaigns and nurture programs using Salesforce Pardot.
- Landing Page and Form Integration: Support the building, testing, and troubleshooting of landing pages and forms to ensure functionality and user experience.
- Platform Lead: Manage the Salesforce Account Engagement platform, collaborate with external agencies, and ensure data integrity and platform cleanliness.
- Continuous Improvement + Reporting: Use analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, stay updated on industry trends, and implement best practices for marketing automation.
Previous Education, Knowledge and Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing or automation.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms like Salesforce Pardot, Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, or Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Hands-on experience in developing email campaigns and automated journeys.
- Understanding of end-to-end B2B digital marketing and lead generation.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Language Skills:
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage relationships with external agencies and internal teams.
Mathematical Skills:
- Proficiency in analyzing marketing data and generating insights from dashboards and KPIs.
Reasoning Ability:
- Adaptability to changing conditions and priorities.
Technical Skills:
- Experience with Pardot/Salesforce preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
