What is the opportunity?The Marketing Automation Manager will act as a subject matter expert to ensure end-to-end delivery of email communication to Wealth Management clients and advisors. They will help implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud technologies within Wealth Management at RBC, working with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption and execution of the platform.
The successful candidate will maintain a campaign calendar and work with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, develop templates, filter audiences and deploy messages within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem. The role requires an understanding of marketing automation best practices including GDPR laws, Journey Builder and Cloud Pages.
The role is accountable to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing Technology. You will manage relationships with marketing partners and deliver a high level of business performance, employee engagement, and a superior client experience.
