Whitbread PLC is seeking a Marketing Manager for Automations to cover maternity leave. This role involves designing and optimizing automated CRM campaigns to enhance guest experiences and drive revenue. The ideal candidate will have experience in CRM strategies and a strong understanding of customer engagement.

Intro:
The CRM automations manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing automated CRM campaigns that will enhance the guest experience, drive engagement through the customer lifecycle, and maximize the long-term revenue opportunity for Premier Inn.
This includes service emails (e.g., booking confirmation, pre-stay), behavioral triggers, and lifecycle messaging.
This role is pivotal in our goal to increase Guest Lifetime Value, as it will be accountable for post-booking upsell/cross-sell as well as communications designed to drive retention.
Salary:
£50,000 DOE
Location:
Whitbread Court, Dunstable, LU5 5XE. We offer flexible working and require you to be in the office at least 3 days per week.
