A manufacturing business in Leicester is looking for a Marketing Associate to join its marketing team on a fixed-term contract of one year. Working alongside the Marketing Manager, you will play a hands‑on role across a broad range of marketing activities, from digital campaigns to content creation and event support.

The role

• Support the development and delivery of marketing plans, brand initiatives, and integrated campaigns across digital, print, and social media
• Assist with website content, SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing activities
• Write and edit a variety of communications, including press releases, social media posts, presentations, and case studies
• Provide support at trade shows, facility visits, and other company events
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, KPIs, and media activity
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, external agencies, and partners to meet marketing objectives
• Contribute to consumer research and competitor analysis

What you'll need

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field (ideal but not essential)
