Role Summary:

Join BuildPrompt as our Marketing Associate and help drive our growth through innovative marketing strategies. You will manage our marketing initiatives, create compelling content, and develop automated solutions to scale our reach. This role combines hands-on marketing execution with strategic thinking, ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is passionate about leveraging AI to transform the built environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation
• Manage social media accounts and content
• Manage marketing campaigns across digital channels from concept to execution
• Track campaign performance and optimise based on data-driven insights
• Create and maintain a content calendar aligned with business goals

Content Creation & Copywriting:

• Produce engaging written content for our website, blog, newsletters, and social media
• Craft compelling copy that communicates complex AI solutions in accessible language
• Develop case studies and success stories highlighting client achievements
• Create presentation materials for pitches and industry events
• Build relationships with industry publications, influencers, and potential partners
• Draft press releases and pitch stories to relevant media outlets
• Secure speaking opportunities at industry events
• Support business development with outreach strategies to potential clients

Marketing Automation:

• Implement and optimise marketing automation tools and workflows
• Develop AI-powered solutions for content creation and distribution
• Build and maintain email marketing sequences
• Create systems to scale marketing efforts efficiently

Growth Initiatives:

• Identify new marketing channels and opportunities for business growth
• Stay current on marketing trends and AI developments in the built environment
• Support the company's overall growth objectives through creative marketing approaches
• Collaborate across teams to align marketing efforts with product development
• Manage paid marketing strategies using social media and other methods

Experience & Skills:

• 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B technology environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for compelling storytelling
• Experience with digital marketing channels (social media, email, content marketing)
• Proficiency with marketing tools (CRM systems, analytics platforms, content management)
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with AI tools and enthusiasm for leveraging new technologies
• A growth mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with marketing in the built environment or enterprise technology
• Understanding of SEO principles
• Experience with marketing automation platforms
