Job summary

Hope House Children’s Hospices is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our Communications team in Oswesbury on a full-time, permanent basis with hybrid working. Salary £26,695 - £31,248 per annum depending on experience.

You will support planning, coordination and delivery of a wide range of design and print activities across the charity, creating materials, supporting direct mail campaigns and ensuring projects stay on time, on budget and in line with our brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Qualification or experience in marketing or a related field.
• Strong copywriting with proofreading/editing skills.
• Confident communicating with colleagues, suppliers and external partners.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Able to work independently whilst also contributing to a team.
• Eye for good design and producing high-quality marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and delivery of design and print materials across the charity.
• Coordinate printed materials and direct mail campaigns.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and in line with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with teams across the charity to raise awareness and generate income.
