Catering is offering a hybrid role based in Pontypridd to build practical brand and marketing experience within a prominent Wales-based organisation. You will help ensure consistent brand representation, manage digital assets, and support the in-house design team across varied campaigns and events.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners, learn new IT systems, and take ownership of tasks to deliver high-quality work with a flexible, proactive approach.

• You dont need to be a branding expert. Were looking for someone capable, enthusiastic and eager to learn.
• Proactive self-starter who can work without close supervision.
• Strong IT skills and confidence learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Support brand consistency across communications, campaigns and locations.
• Manage and maintain digital brand assets and shared resources.
• Support colleagues with brand guidance, templates and materials.
• Create and coordinate briefs for the in-house design team.
• Manage requests through the shared brand inbox.
• Work across different IT systems and digital platforms confidently.
• Liaise with internal teams, external partners, designers and print suppliers.
• Support branded events, sponsorship activity and customer campaigns.
• Represent the Brand Team in meetings.
• Attend occasional site visits when required.
• Take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.

Location: Hybrid Pontypridd, with occasional travel to Cardiff sites
Pay: £13.02 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: 3 month-temporary opportunity

Welsh-language skills, experience with content management systems or previous office-based experience would be advantageous, but they are not essential.
