What You’ll Do

  1. Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns (primarily on Meta platforms) to drive engagement and conversions.

  2. Create compelling content for social media, ensuring alignment with client brand voice and marketing goals.

  3. Set up and manage automated email campaigns, optimizing for performance and audience engagement.

  4. Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and adjust strategies to improve results.

  5. Communicate regularly with clients, presenting reports and discussing marketing strategies.

  6. Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously refine marketing strategies.

What We’re Looking For

  1. 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related field.

  2. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and other social media advertising platforms.

  3. Strong understanding of email automation platforms (e.g., Go High Level, Keap, HubSpot, Mailchimp).

  4. Excellent communication and client management skills.

  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.

  6. Creativity in content development and strategic problem-solving.

  7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Bonus Skills

  1. Experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

  2. Familiarity with CRM tools and lead nurturing strategies.

  3. Graphic design or video editing skills.
