ASDA is seeking a Marketing Assistant for Asda Money & Mobile to drive colleague communications and support digital marketing, content updates, and in-store activity. The role offers hands-on experience across channels and closer collaboration with internal teams.

You will contribute to SEO, content updates, and marketing campaigns while learning across the full marketing mix. A hybrid working pattern with in-office and remote days is in place.

You'll have a key role in owning and delivering communications that help Asda colleagues understand and make the most of their Asda Money and Asda Mobile discounts and benefits, alongside developing your skills across a broad marketing mix. Key Responsibilities

• Colleague communications: Own the end‑to‑end day‑to‑day delivery of communications promoting Asda Money and Asda Mobile colleague discounts and benefits. Coordinate activity across emails, intranet, screensavers, in‑store channels and events, working with internal stakeholders and creative agencies to bring offers to life and maximise awareness and engagement.
• Website content: Manage routine updates across the Asda Money, Asda Mobile and Gift Cards websites, keeping content accurate, up to date and on‑brand while learning about digital marketing and SEO.
• In‑store marketing: Coordinate the creation, approval, production and delivery of point‑of‑sale (POS) materials, working with agencies, suppliers and internal teams to support marketing activity and store initiatives.
• Marketing delivery: Support the coordination of marketing activity, creative assets and wider projects across digital and in‑store channels, helping ensure work is delivered to agreed plans and deadlines.
• Team collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and external partners to keep activity running smoothly, manage day‑to‑day tasks and share ideas to improve communications and engagement.

About You

• You're proactive, organised and detail‑oriented, with a can‑do attitude and the drive to get things done.
• You're a confident communicator who enjoys collaborating with different people and building positive working relationships.
• You bring positive energy, creativity and enthusiasm, and aren't afraid to share ideas or get stuck in.
• You're adaptable, comfortable juggling different priorities and take pride in delivering work to a high standard.
• You're keen to learn, develop your marketing skills and explore different areas of digital and traditional marketing. Previous experience isn't essential - your attitude and willingness to learn matter most.
