Marketing Assistant – Construction & Facilities Sector
Responsibilities:
- Gain hands-on experience across all core marketing functions
- Work closely with sales, digital, and content teams
- Support both strategy and execution of marketing activities
- Assist in developing and distributing engaging content across digital and print channels
- Support the planning and execution of product launches, campaigns, and seasonal promotions
- Update and manage website content and digital assets
- Monitor and grow presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram
- Prepare marketing materials and collateral for the sales team
- Conduct follow-up calls with prospects from targeted campaigns
- Maintain and organise the company’s digital asset library
- Liaise with third-party suppliers such as printers and graphic designers

Job Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Digital focus – social media, website updates, email
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable using tools such as Microsoft Office, Canva, Mailchimp, and HubSpot (or similar)
- Willingness to support both strategic and hands-on tasks
- Effective liaison with internal teams and external partners
- An interest in the construction, manufacturing, or logistics sector is advantageous
