We are looking fora Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns.
This role is required to carry out daily administrative tasks to a high standard, and to support the team across all forms of communication including social media and internal platforms.

MainResponsibilities
- Campaign Support:
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, website, etc.).
- Help with content creation for campaigns, including writing copy, designing graphics, and editing videos.
- Track and analyse the performance of campaigns and provide regular reports to the marketing team.
- Market Research:
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and consumer behaviour to provide insights for marketing strategies.
- Assist in gathering data for customer segmentation, helping tailor campaigns to specific audiences.
- Content Management:
- Assist with the creation and scheduling of social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and other content.
- Maintain and update the company website and social media accounts to ensure consistency and accuracy in messaging.
- Event Coordination:
- Support in planning and organising marketing events, such as trade shows, webinars, and promotional events.
- Help with event logistics, registration, and follow-up communication with participants.
- Attend various shows to represent the HealthNet Group
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, and tracking budgets.
- Help maintain marketing databases and ensure that materials are organised and up-to-date.
- Customer and Client Communication:
- Assist in crafting and sending customer emails, newsletters, and promotional offers.
- Respond to customer inquiries or feedback related to marketing campaigns in a timely manner.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Collect and organize data for marketing reports and provide insights on campaign performance, website traffic, and customer engagement.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing software to track and analyse campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with other departments (sales, design, product teams) to ensure marketing efforts align with overall company goals.
- Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and agencies for various marketing projects.
What experience and skills are we looking for?
- Previous experience in a marketing role or internship is a plus but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications?
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is a plus.
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiastic and eager to contribute to the marketing team's success.
- Creative and innovative, with a passion for marketing and branding.
