We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns.
This role requires carrying out daily administrative tasks to a high standard and supporting the team across all communication channels, including social media and internal platforms.

Main Responsibilities
- Campaign Support:
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, website, etc.).
- Help create content for campaigns, including writing copy, designing graphics, and editing videos.
- Track and analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports to the marketing team.
- Market Research:
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
- Assist in gathering data for customer segmentation to tailor campaigns effectively.
- Content Management:
- Assist with creating and scheduling social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and other content.
- Maintain and update the company website and social media accounts to ensure messaging consistency and accuracy.
- Event Coordination:
- Support planning and organizing marketing events, such as trade shows, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Assist with event logistics, registration, and follow-up communication with participants.
- Represent the HealthNet Group at various shows.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and tracking budgets.
- Help organize marketing materials and databases to ensure they are current and accessible.
- Customer and Client Communication:
- Assist in crafting and sending customer emails, newsletters, and promotional offers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries or feedback related to marketing campaigns.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Organize data for marketing reports and provide insights on campaign performance, website traffic, and customer engagement.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing platforms to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments (sales, design, product teams) to ensure marketing efforts align with company goals.
- Work with external partners, vendors, and agencies on marketing projects.
What experience and skills are we looking for?
- Previous experience in marketing or internships is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
