Get your marketing career moving and help get one million children moving too!

Today’s children may be the first generation to live shorter lives than their parents. At Aspire, we’re on a mission to change that. We believe active children do better, and we’re working to create lasting habits that improve health, well-being, and academic success through physical activity in schools.

We don’t offer magic fixes. We create real change through innovative programmes, powerful partnerships, and compelling communications. That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for an ambitious, creative, and organised Marketing Assistant to support our campaigns and communications. If you’re early in your marketing career and want a role with purpose, variety, and room to grow, this could be the perfect next step.

About your role

As our Marketing Assistant, you’ll report to the Marketing Manager and play a hands-on role in planning, delivering, and evaluating marketing activity across our services. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to create content, support campaigns, and engage schools, parents, and partners across multiple channels.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career marketer looking to develop their skills and experience across digital marketing, content creation, campaign planning, and communications.

What you’ll bring

A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or relevant experience)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Organisational skills and attention to detail

A passion for creative content and digital engagement

Experience with AI applications and tools such as HubSpot, Canva, Adobe Suite, Descript or similar

Interest in physical activity, health, and improving children’s lives

What you’ll get

Funded training and professional development

Free childcare during school holidays (for children aged 5–12)

Wellness and support programme (Your Y)

22 days holiday + bank holidays

Regular internal 1:1 meetings to review progress and explore development opportunities

Access to relevant external workshops and resources to enhance your skill set and stay at the cutting edge of marketing

A supportive team, meaningful work, and real career progression
