A fast-growing and innovative company in the solar energy sector is seeking a creative, hands-on, and organised Marketing Assistant to support their UK team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate or early-career marketer to gain hands-on experience across events, exhibitions, digital marketing, and brand development.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will help bring campaigns to life, coordinate content and communications, and ensure the smooth running of key marketing activities—from social media and newsletters to trade shows and creative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation, translation, and proofreading of marketing and communication materials (including the use of AI tools where relevant).
• Manage and update the UK website.
• Create and distribute digital newsletters, monitoring engagement and results.
• Oversee social media channels: propose content, plan schedules, and engage with the community.
• Coordinate logistics for trade fairs, exhibitions, and events.
• Support training initiatives and materials for installer partners.
• Help manage digital marketing platforms and promotional content libraries.
• Participate in creative projects including photo/video shoots and promotional design work.

What They’re Looking For:

• A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Ideally 3+ years of relevant experience and a proactive, mature approach.
• Strong organisational skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent writing, editing, and content creation abilities.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of other European languages is a bonus but not required.
