Role Summary:

We’re on the lookout for a Marketing & Events Coordinator with a passion for storytelling, strategy, and creating standout brand moments. This role sits at the heart of our marketing efforts, driving social media innovation, building personal brands, and delivering impactful events that elevate our voice in the talent space.You’ll be key in developing and executing our social media strategy and coordinating high-impact events that connect our brand with the right people, in the right places. This is more than a coordination role—it’s a chance to shape how Chapter 2 shows up to the world.

What you will do:

Events & Brand Experience

  • Own the coordination and delivery of internal and external events.
  • Manage end-to-end logistics: venues, invites, tech setup, content collateral, follow-up.
  • Collaborate with marketing, talent, and leadership teams to align events with business priorities.
  • Support live social coverage during events and post-event content strategies.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Create and manage engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and more.
  • Build campaigns around personal branding for key stakeholders.
  • Use tools like Buffer or Hootsuite to schedule and optimise content delivery.
  • Track SEO, engagement, and web traffic metrics to continually improve performance.
  • Monitor industry trends and leverage platform updates to maintain cutting-edge presence.

Community & Engagement

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, contacts, brand ambassadors, and industry influencers.
  • Manage and update online brand platforms.


Whoyou are:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 3+ experience working as a Marketing & Events Coordinator
  • A natural storyteller and content creator with a flair for creativity and detail.
  • You live and breathe social trends and digital culture.
  • Strong experience using social media management and analytics tools.
  • Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for staying ahead of social media trends and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different audiences.
