Location: Staines-upon-Thames | Salary: Up to £37K | Full-time (37.5 hrs/week)

We have a fantastic opportunity at Accent Catering for a Marketing and Design Assistant Manager seeking their next challenge to join our growing team for 12 months. In this key role within our Marketing team, you'll have the chance to refine and expand your skills in Design and Marketing, while also receiving support to advance your career. This role is ideal for someone who loves graphic design, thrives on variety, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with the Marketing & Design Manager, supporting the creative direction and daily delivery of design-led marketing across the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Design eye-catching visuals for various campaigns, including new site openings and themed materials for our clients
  • Support branding projects for client tenders, including logo design and visual identities
  • Create and format engaging marketing materials: brochures, posters, presentations, digital content, menus, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure materials meet the brief and reflect our brand
  • Manage project timelines, workloads, and priorities
  • Provide creative direction and support to our Marketing & Design Assistant

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or relevant experience
  • Solid graphic design experience in a fast-paced or multi-project environment
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to juggle multiple deadlines
  • Collaborative mindset, open to feedback

Salary: Up to £37K per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Location: Riverside offices in Staines-upon-Thames
