Job description

We are seeking a Marketing and Content Specialist to drive our marketing initiatives and brand presence. Working directly with the CEO, this role will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. This is a unique opportunity to shape marketing strategies and processes in a fast-growing startup environment.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and implement strong marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Create and manage content across multiple channels including social media (with control over the company’s social media presence), website, email, and industry publications, monitoring and refining based on engagement
  • Drive lead generation through marketing campaigns and content marketing initiatives
  • Compile industry-relevant blogs, webinars, thought leadership articles and other content, collaborating with internal and external industry experts to distribute to relevant stakeholders
  • Build and manage strong relationships with technology partners, event partners, media companies, journalists and other industry influencers
  • Own the design, creation and production of company presence at industry events (including the design of exhibition booths, brand activations, and other presence)
  • Design marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and digital assets
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to build case studies and success stories
  • Optimise website content for SEO and lead generation
  • Support development teams with the creation of ideas and feedback for the improvement of the user experience of our platforms and services
  • Support product launches and company announcements
  • Other matters from time to time to support the overall business

What you’ll have

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or legal tech
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with creative flair where appropriate
  • Proven track record in content creation and campaign management
  • Experience with SEO, PPC, and social media marketing
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Understanding of the legal technology landscape preferred

Where you’ll work

This is a full-time position in London, with access to our Central London office and with hybrid working options. Travel may be required to support business needs.
