Are you passionate about making a tangible impact locally and changing the lives of vulnerable young people? Roundabout is looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager to support homeless young people aged 16-25 in Sheffield.

This is a 12-month maternity cover contract, expected to start in June 2025.

About The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in raising the profile of a vital local charity, helping to change the lives of young people facing homelessness.

The Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for overseeing and guiding the overall marketing and communications strategy of the charity. This position ensures that all marketing efforts are aligned with the charity's mission, goals, and brand identity.

The Manager provides strategic direction, leads the Communications and Marketing team, manages all PR and internal communications efforts, and works towards growing the charity's presence and income both online and offline.

The role involves managing multiple projects, collaborating with the fundraising team on marketing and design needs, and supporting the wider organisation. It focuses on enhancing the charity's visibility and driving engagement with supporters, beneficiaries, employees, and the broader community.
