Role:

You will work directly with our founder to turn warm conversations into active customers and ensure our marketing efforts are timely and effective. The role combines sales support and content coordination, focusing on seizing opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up with leads to prevent any from slipping through
• Create feedback loops to improve products and services
• Maintain and update our CRM
• Assist in running marketing emails via Klaviyo or Shopify
• Post on social media platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram
• Write blogs or update web pages
• Transform talks and case studies into shareable content
• Improve organization and processes

Ideal candidate:

• Independent, proactive, and comfortable making educated guesses
• Excellent written communication with a human tone
• Organized and diligent in follow-up
• Proficient with tools like Google Drive, Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, Adobe Suite
