We’re looking for someone to convert interest into action by chasing leads, sending smart emails, and maintaining our brand visibility—without the pink.

The role

You will work directly with our founder to turn warm conversations into active customers and ensure our marketing efforts are proactive and effective. It’s a mix of sales support and content coordination, focused on seizing opportunities.

What you’ll do

• Follow up with leads to ensure engagement
• Create feedback loops for product and service improvement
• Maintain and update our CRM
• Assist with marketing emails via Klaviyo or Shopify
• Post on social media platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram
• Write blogs or update web pages
• Convert founder talks or case studies into shareable content
• Improve organization and processes

Ideal candidate qualities

• Independent, proactive, and willing to make informed guesses
