We seek a proactive individual to convert interest into action by chasing leads, managing communications, and maintaining brand visibility without the stereotypical pink branding.

Role Overview

You will work directly with our founder to turn warm conversations into active customers and ensure our marketing efforts are timely and effective. The role combines sales support and content coordination, focusing on seizing opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with leads and ensure no opportunity is missed
• Create feedback loops for product and service improvement
• Maintain an organized CRM system
• Assist with marketing emails using platforms like Klaviyo or Shopify
• Manage social media posts, especially on LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram
• Write blogs or update web pages as needed
• Convert founder talks or case studies into shareable content
• Improve organizational processes
