We are DAME, building a mission-led personal care business that makes award-winning, sustainable period products. Our products are supplied across the UK and Europe through channels like Holland & Barrett, Universities, and the NHS. Our work spans ecommerce, B2B sales, retail, and mission-driven initiatives.

We seek a proactive individual to help convert interest into action—chasing leads, sending engaging emails, and maintaining our brand visibility without the stereotypical pink.

The role

You will work directly with our founder to turn warm conversations into active customers, ensuring our marketing efforts are timely and effective. This role combines sales support, content coordination, and opportunity management.

What you’ll do

• Follow up with leads and ensure no opportunities are missed
• Create feedback loops for product and service improvement
• Maintain and update our CRM system
• Assist in managing marketing emails via Klaviyo or Shopify
• Manage social media posts, especially on LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram
• Write blogs or update web pages as needed
• Repurpose founder talks or case studies into shareable content
• Improve organization and processes
• Demonstrate commercial thinking as a junior marketer
• Write compelling emails as a sales assistant
• Contribute purpose-driven work as a freelancer
• Be a quick learner with common sense and curiosity
