Redgate is seeking a Marketing Analytics Lead in Cambridge to measure and communicate marketing impact, forecast growth, and model scenarios that connect activity to revenue.
You''ll partner with senior leaders across marketing, sales and finance to develop scalable dashboards and self-serve reporting, enabling faster, data-driven decisions during a maternity cover period.

Salary: £55,000 to £70,000, depending on experience
As Redgate scales globally, our marketing leadership team needs sharper, faster answers about what's working, as well as the ability to forecast, model scenarios and connect marketing activity directly to revenue. This role is a trusted analytics partner to our CMO and Marketing Leadership Team, as well as colleagues across Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations, and will build the scalable dashboards and repeatable reporting processes we need to turn marketing data into clear insight, helping the team spot risks and opportunities, and keeping us commercially aligned.

This role is pivotal to helping Redgate measure, understand and improve the impact of marketing. You'll partner closely with senior leaders across marketing, sales and finance, moving the function toward a more forward looking, insight‑led model where data is used to uncover risks and opportunities, and recommend timely course corrections that keep us on track to achieving targets.
Salary range: £55,000 to £70,000, depending on experience
