The Company
A fast-growing global platform connecting property owners with trusted house and pet sitters. Established over a decade ago and backed by recent investment, the company offers a unique non-transactional service model—members exchange pet care for a place to stay, enabling memorable travel experiences for sitters and peace of mind for owners. Now valued at over $100M, the business is scaling rapidly with a data-driven approach at the heart of its next phase of growth.

Expect visibility across the C-suite and the opportunity to shape marketing analytics for a global digital-first brand.

- Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer and external agencies on campaign performance analysis
- Develop self-serve analytics capabilities through SQL-based tools and dashboards
- Manage and mentor 1–2 analysts while contributing hands-on to high-impact analysis
- Work closely with data engineering teams to support ongoing improvements in data structure and pipelines
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in marketing analytics across digital and brand channels
- Strong hands-on ability with SQL; experience with attribution and incrementality testing
- Confident working with marketing stakeholders and presenting insights at a senior level
- Familiarity with marketing platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Supermetrics, GA4, Mode)
- Previous experience leading or mentoring analysts
- Experience with data warehouses (e.g., Amazon Redshift, BigQuery)
- Experience working with CRM tools like Braze
- Familiarity with MMM, econometrics, or brand lift studies
- Background in a fast-scaling digital product or membership-based platform
Bonus: 10% paid quarterly (based on company performance)
Equity: Available to all employees
Remote Working: 100% remote across the UK
Growth: Exposure to high-impact projects across marketing strategy and data science
