Future Electronics, a WT Microelectronics company, seeks a Marketing Analyst at its EMEA Head Office in Egham. You will support business units with reporting and tools to improve productivity, maintain cost books, pricing matrices and enable customer price adjustments.

The role requires multitasking, strong communication, and the ability to present information clearly to internal and external stakeholders. A degree and advanced Excel/Access are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Advanced Excel and Access required.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
• Ability to multitask and prepare reports as required.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage pricing tools to improve quote turnaround.
• Manage supplier cost books and system updates.
• Update price curves and analyze quarterly history for trends.
• Monitor supplier price increases on customer back orders.
• Analyze quote conversion and report trends to BU director.
• Assist BU with mass part creation templates and system uploads.
• Support price negotiations by compiling data for decisions.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts to aid business planning.
• Use trackers to follow up on new business opportunities.
• Analyze demand creation backlog to assess margins.
• Evaluate KPI processes and provide feedback for improvement.
• Develop databases and sales tools to identify operational efficiencies.
• Create periodic and ad-hoc reports to assess marketing performance.
• Draft reports/tools to assist business decisions.
