Job summary

Future Electronics seeks a Marketing Analyst at its EMEA Head Office in Egham. You will support BU reporting and pricing tools, maintain cost books, and drive price adjustments and market-driven analysis. Strong Excel/Access skills and an analytical mindset are essential.

The role emphasizes multi-tasking, effective communication, and collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers to improve marketing productivity and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree level education preferred with business environment experience.
• High accuracy in data handling and presentation.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills; effective communicator.
• Ability to multitask and prepare reports as required.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage pricing tools to improve quote turnaround.
• Manage supplier cost books and conduct customer order reviews.
• Update price curves and analyze sales history for trends.
• Oversee supplier price increases on customer back orders and assess risks.
• Produce analyses of quote conversion and report trends to BU director.
• Assist in compiling mass part templates and system uploads.
• Support negotiations with data preparation before/after discussions.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts, enabling flexible business planning.
• Develop trackers to support quote follow-up for new opportunities.
• Analyze demand creation backlog and margin alignment with supplier targets.
• Evaluate KPI performance, rejects, BID processes and pricing curves.
• Collaborate to develop databases and tools for trend insights and efficiencies.
• Create periodic and ad-hoc reports on marketing performance and promotions.
• Take initiative to draft reports/tools for informed decisions.
