• Strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign delivery.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and act as the primary point of contact.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Understand clients' business goals and develop tailored marketing strategies to support growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with updates, insights, and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to retain, develop, and grow client accounts.
• Present marketing plans, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to clients.
• Ensure all activity aligns with agreed objectives and delivers measurable value.
• Resolve client queries and challenges professionally and proactively.
• Support business growth through excellent account management and client retention.
